I think the most important attitude in work is having responsibility. People can\'t be perfect, so they often make mistakes while they work. However, there will be difference in how they manage the problem which happens because of themselves. I prefer admitting a mistake to avoiding. I guess it is really hard to achieve, but this attitude will help us being much more better worker.
