Talking about customs or tradition about getting married in Korea, the most important step is getting approval from your parents.

Once two of you decide to tie the knot, a man visits his girlfriend’s parents first followed by her visit to her boyfriends’ parents.

It is the most critical and significant moment for them to meet their to-be-in-laws for the first time because the process will decide whether you will have to go through tough times or easy journey to end up getting married.

Many men and women say that they got butterflies in their stomach when preparing for the meeting and actually having the meeting.
