My confidant’s couple, her daughter and four grandchildren in Toronto dropped by Busan. I wanted to have them taste “Galbi” that I thought is most popular Korean food to foreigners. So I bought Galbis - seasoned Korean beef ribs- to them at Dalmaji hill restaurant where is most expensive and high class one here. My friend’s husband who is composer was satisfied with having “Makguli”- Korean rice wine. They looked very happy with the food. They all were very talented family especially on music. When we saw one grandson enthusiastically reproduced scenes of his favorite movie like a silent-film narrator he seemed to be possessed. His excellent performance really surprised us. After dinner we reached their hotel and we left saying farewell to each other.
