The achievement motivates me to keep myself fit. It would be a same reason that I try to do exercise regularly. When I took a swim class, the trainer coached students to swim 300m tracks continuously. It was very hard to me, but as I swam like that, I felt I\'ve gotten stronger. Now I\'m in flilates class. When I took the class first, I wasn\'t good at using my muscles correctly. But now, I can do right positions as before. As I\'ve gotten stronger or I\'ve made my body healthy, I motivates to exercise regularly.
