Q. Where can you buy pirated products in your country? Is it legal to sell fake items in the market?
In my country, To sell fake items in the major market is officially illegal.
But as I know, In the black markets that were hided in places hard to see like subway and basement markets,
the pirated products is being sold secretly. Although the government has enforced related laws, the secret transactions have not disappeared in the market yet.
Like many other foreign countries, also in my country, There are a lot of pirated products made in china. It is almost secretly smuggled from china by the brokers. And the others that doesn\'t not need to be smuggled like fake clothes are made in bulk in the factories.
As I majored in the fashion design, I think creativity is one of the most important rights that should be protected by the raw.
So, I think the government has to continuously reinforce the raws related pirated products, and protect the rights of originators and consumers.
