Yes. I think the big problem is that buying a house or an apartment is very costly here in korea. So a lot of people prefer just renting a house or an apartment for this particular reason. The population is greater than ever . I think it is main cause to raise the house prices. and There is no adequate amount of apartments and houses to live in. But I think this problem will be answered if there are more apartment and houses with affordable prices.
