There are several resons why some of the youth commit crime. Attributing the responsility of preventing those misdeeds to a particular agent is a contentious matter, because there are numerous factors that have negative impacts on teenagers\' behavior. In fact, the juvenile delinquency itself demostrates the gradual collapse of social networks, each of which should be an incubator for the growing children. In other words, teenagers lacking enough care from where they belong to are more likely to commit misconduct than those being protected sufficiently. Then the problem is reduced to the question of \"who lacks care, and why?\" The answer would be the ones from families undergoing financial hardships. The impoverished parents simply don\'t have resources to take a good care of their children, consequently it would be difficult for the children to have a role model. However, it doesn\'t mean that the parents must be blamed of, since the poverty is not their fault, but it is a matter for all.

\"Some states have Parental Accountability or Parental Responsibility Laws that place parents on the hook for crimes committed by their children. The reasoning behind these laws is that parents have a legal duty to supervise and prevent their children from committing crimes.\" Wow, being a parent is tough, huh?! ^ ^
