The regrets

Anyway, thanks for writing this essay.

Don\'t keep on ruminating on thoughts of regret because it can cause chronic stress which damages your body and mind.

Looking back on my life, there were so many times I regreted.

I know the regrets are useless and I cannot change the past but I sometimes think of what if I chose the other way, not I actually chose in the past, then, what would be changed in my life?

The reason why I suppose those is they might help me make a wise decision next time.

When I was in 3rd grade of high school, I had to pick what to do with my life.

I wanted to become a jockey but my parents didn\'t like the job becaue they thought it was a kind of dangerous occupation.

I finally followed my parents\' opinion but after that I had a lot of trouble determining my career path.

However, I blame myself for failing my dream to push ahead.

I should have cherished my dream, considered it seriously and believed in myself.

Anyhow, since the past is only past, it is more important not to make mistakes in the future.
