I should summerize the concept of "Dumping" again on the board. The first is that one company sell product into two places with differnt price. the second is that one company make the price lower than competitor's. The "Dumping activity was defiend as "law". Howerver My point of view is differnt. Market allows the companies to compete each other, which means that making barrier can not be accepted. For instance, FTA and WTO show us thath Free trading is optimal choice.
