This year, I learned many things.
From this year I started walking continuously, and studying English speaking.
It has been almost 2 months since I started my plans.
I am trying not to give up even though I didn\'t fulfill everything.
But it affected me a lot.
I lost my weight almost 5kg and I feel my body lighter.
I have changed my diet eating more vegetables like cabbage, carrot, onions like that.
They make my body more healthy.
And exercise also gives me more energy and optimistic thoughts.
I\'ll keep these habits so on and My goal is to continue these things to the end of this year.
I learned that slow and steady makes me more developed.
and to do is better than not to do.
I expect myself after 5 months later because I\'m sowing.
I will be patient while I look forward to the day to harvest.
