The person connected to Korea football association said that “Nothing has been confirmed so far. However If Qatar would be stripped of the world cup because of allegations fo widespread corruption and bribery, Korea would bid for the 2022 world cup again.
It seems to be obvious that to obtain right to host the worldcup, Qatar used a lot of slush fund and bribery.
And other country where failed to obtain the right to host such as Australia, Japan are also requesting thorough investigation and they don’t rule out the possibility fo entering a bid for the 2022 world cup.
Currently, Qatar venemently deny and wrong doing.
