Having abilities of a good leader is one of the most important tasks in the 21st century. Becoming a good leader is my school motto. Then, what qualities do you need to be a perfect leader?
First, you need a capacity for your field. If you are not good at your own field, you can\'t get trust of others. Your competence makes people gather around you.
Second, you need communication skills. You should share your opinion with your team members to compete important tasks. If you ignore ideas of your team members, they won\'t hear you. You need to consider various thoughts different from yours.
Lastly, you should do first. Have you ever heard of difference of a BOSS and a LEADER? A boss just makes orders and wait until others do. A leader leads others in front of them, and do IN PERSON. If you want to be a good leader, you have to do the task hard with your team. A leader is not a king, but a wise man helping others.
