Here are my corrections for you:

I usually listen to musics while riding a train or bus.

>> I usually listen to music while riding a train or a bus.
If I read a book or look at my phone I fill dizzy so, I listen to musics.

>> If I read a book or look at my phone, I feel dizzy, so, I listen to music instead.
Also, I close my eyes because I fill kind of dizzy if I open my eyes and look at outside.

>> Also, I close my eyes because I feel kind of dizzy and if my eyes are open, I look outside.
