I am glad that tipping culture in the Philippines is not mandatory. However, upon checking our bill, there is an extra fee added to our bill and they call it a \"service charge\". when we think of it closely, it becomes mandatory because customers do not have any choice but to pay the bill. So I don\'t give any more tips or extra charges whenever I eat or go to some shops.
