Tips

I don\'t have much experience giving a tip to someone else. Our country doesn\'t have any tip cultures so I don\'t get it at first when I was in the tip-culture country. If I had to give tips to waiters, I would not calculate exactly how much I spent on eating. I don\'t know how much I should pay for tips. Is it based on original prices or fixed with only one or two dollars for tips? I want to know why giving a tip is made for culture. I think It\'s just expressing thanks for your service by giving tips.

Hi John!
Tip giving is very common in many countries.
You must have been really surprised.
You explained really well.
There was something off with some of the expressions so I fixed them for you.^^
