If i give a tip for foreigners who comes to Korea. Maybe the first is that you never use a taxi in airport. There are some reasons. First, Korea has grate public transportation. Although you don\'t use a taxi, you never feel uncomfortable. Using a taxi is quit expensive than using public transportation. Second, many taxi drivers will cheat you. Many foreigners have experiences about taxi fare. Basic taxi fare is about 3 dollars, but many taxi drivers demand foreigners for hundred dollars. We have an accusation system, but they couldn\'t report.
Using a taxi in a city is okay. The taxi helps you to get a place where you want. Almost Korean taxi driver can not speak English. So if you want to use a taxi, you should speak Korean or have a translator to communicate with them.
