One day when they followed after their mother hen, chirping and pecking around, suddenly a cat appeared in front of them to kill them. The hen spread out her two wings, swiftly gathered her chicks behind her and protruded her beak with a fighter’s pose and desperately threatened toward the cat. Really, The hen could not be a cat’s opponent. Being unexpectedly frightened by hen's threatening pose, the cat turned his back and retreated from the place. Having observed that happening from its beginning to the end, I was so impressed that I could remember the detail until now. What a wondrous thing a mother hen is! Even a little creature became brave enough to sacrifice herself to protect her children from danger! There is no one stronger than a mother!
