To enhance the Korean Education System

I believe I have a lot of qualities that will enhance the Korean Educational System.For instance my enthusiasm will rub off on my students and teachers around me.I can make students to have an interest on English and eager to learn.To see that other teachers were also affected to be more motivated.Another quality I have is my creativity.I don't like doing boring activities,making students to hate English,I will always try to develop activities that will be informitive as well as interesting for my students.I will not teach students only based on the text book which is not perfect,I will try to add more materials and change to a better activity,so I will achieve the goal of the each unit effectively.
