To prepare the seminar

Firstly, I decide topic which our members are interested in. This is important step to speaker to success seminar. Then, I search papers on internet browsers such as google. I put key word and check the found list. There is a lot of articles but I rarely find articles which have close correlation with my topic. I read some of them and collect information. After I have enough information about my topic from article, I constitute the structure of my adress and make document to enhance content understanding. I make summary page at final page to emphasize the importance of it. Following step if rehearsal. I hold a rehearsal on my own or with someone. If I have extra hours to prepare, I would discuss about topic with my collegue. it's effective to predict questions from audience.
