To take care of the health

I do to take care of my health as below. First, I try to eat healthy and clean food. For exemple I choose grilled or boiled food instead of fried food and slow food than fast food. Secondly, I do exercise every day. I run 5 to 8 km every other day and I work out at the park which are placed pull-up bar and parallel bar. Finally, I take a rest at home and try to sleep more than 6 hours.
