Good morning, teacher~ Today morning i went to teakwondo, i feel really healthful Do you want to hear about teakwondo? teakwondo is korea's traditional sport with out any weapon we fight using just hands and legs when we learn the teakwondo we can also take lesson about education of humanism for that reason, many parents prefer to teach teakwondo to their kids also when we do teakwondo we move body alot so, we can be flexible teakwondo is a solution of stress too, because we kick, jump and run Like i said we fight with out any weapons and we take parts in defense not attack it mean we belives peace and fairness teakwondo is also one of olympics event I am so proud that i am learning the teakwondo PS. what is the Philippines traditional sport? I don't know about the your traditional sprot but i heard that in your country play basketball alot is it right? Any way i will stop from here bye~
