Hi Tiny. I am in the office now, and I haven’t to do work. So, I am very boring. It is remained to leave my office about 2 hour. Korea has very weird company culture. Many workers go to the work in advance before 1 hour and leave to the office later 1 or several hour. I think, This system is very inefficient and unnecessary. But every workers do this. So I have to that. T T… Is it also common in the Philippines? I want to go home.. I am hungry Haha.. Anyway, thanks for reading my writing. I will wait for our class. Bye!

Hello [이름]! Thanks for writing a composition today. Well the working culture is quite different here. We barely work overtime because the company has to pay every minute that we work for after the regular working hours. So the company wouldn뭪 really allow us to have overtime unless it it needed. It is our labor law. We should be paid our overtime pay. That is why I am surprise that you guys stay late at work but you aren뭪 given overtime pay.
