Star ratings of hotels reviewed by customers would be an important consideration to travelers. Because we have a tendency of asking information on accommodation from someone you\'ve known when you have no idea which one is good or bad. For example, I usually check customers\' comments about the local hotels on the website of \'HOTELS.com\' when I am on a business trip and need to stay at one of the regional hotels.
