Today's class

I was sick during weekends so I went to a hospital yesterday. and it turned out that I had gastritis. It causes from a lot of stress or salt and spicy foods or unregular diet. I have to take care because it's easy to happen again.(recurrence) The doctor gave me just medicine for three days. I used to release stress by binge eating. but It make me gain weight and is also something that can cause gastritis. so in order to avoid recurrence and weight fluctuation I'm going to maintain my weight by working out. Some people justify saying "It's okay. I work out." but they did not. in the end they gain weight. in that case, they will get gastritis like me.. ㅠㅠㅠ
