When I have trouble communicating with someone, I usually try to explain my opinion more details.
For example in the office, I have to communicate with related department for solving our customer issues.
We usually discuss the agenda through e-mail but there has a misunderstanding sometimes.
In this case, I used to call or send a text massage them directly and try to explain for more details.
Even if they couldn\'t understand clearly, I used to find the similar examples related to current issue.
I think this way works well.
So, It looks like explaining for more details and giving the similar example are the best way to communicate with someone.
