Maybe I\'ll lie to someone who is looking for my boss.
I think he directed me to do that because he didn\'t want to be disturbed by someone during his working time.
So, In my opinion, that is not bad behavior.
I usually use Skype during my working time to communicate with other person related to my work.
It is certainly useful to work but sometimes I don\'t want to reply the unimportant messages.
When that happens, I pretend to be not there or change my status to offline.
So I can understand my boss\'s order. :)
