When it happens to me, I actually tell them who want to talk to me not to interrupt. If I can finish my work in 10 minutes, I say that we\'d better talk together with drinking coffee after 10 minutes. I like talking with someone but there are many works during working hours. So I can not spend my time to have a chat. Actually, I haven\'t finished my work in due date to have a chat with someone who likes talking unimportant things. I have realized that my time is more important than these things. So I\'m trying to focus my work during working hours.
