I almost buy something I need through online. Online shopping is very convenient these days because people don\'t need to go to the stores and they can save their time.
However, as you said, sometimes a defective product could be delivered.
I usually check the customer\'s review and then I decide to purchase.
Even though the defective product is delivered sometimes.
In this case, I call them as soon as I receive the product. If they couldn\'t get the phone, leave the messages or post my problem on their website promptly.
Because sellers have responsible to provide the product which made normally they have to give the customers a refund or change.
If they don\'t do that, I\'ll report this problem to consumer complaint department.
