Listening the negative feedback from my superior seems feel bad. Everyone does. If she evaluates me about personality or privacy I won\'t agree with her feedback. However, if the feedback is helpful to improve my defects related to work, I\'ll agree and try to fix my weakness. Improving the weakness is very difficult but I think the attitude which tries to correct by myself is important. People who only get a good feedback can\'t develop for being better person. :-)
