I think women are more careful than men, and I think it gives women an edge. When I studied at highschool, all teachers gave us to tons of homework. Some boys missed the deadline, or submitted uncompleted homework. In addition, I think carefulness can be women's edge when they work in the company because there are many tasks to do at the same time.
