I think voting should be compulsory. In Korea, people don't have the responsibility of vote. So, voter turnout is always low. People think election day is just a holiday. Although people have a choice to do or not to do, the results of voting cab be changed depending on their choices. Moreover, people can change their nations with a little effort. So, they need to have interests in vote. Also, To increase turnout, a nation need to make a law which enforces people to vote.
