Anyway, I don\'t believe that any government can control the birthrate in an appropriate way.

In Korea case, the government was working to decrease the birthrate as mush as possible, such decision of thirty years ago turns out to be serious fault now a days.

It takes too long time to know the influence, we would have to accept the impossibility predicting future effects of artificial birth control.
