Hello. It is the first time to see you in the board. i made a decision to write something i feel with your conversation. So i will begin to start "writing" for you. I'm going to summerize today's conversation. My point of view is to manage the bullies in school. The teacher must to find out the information of bullies. then they should make a list to manage. so the teachers could mornitor thier behavior every moment. From then on, The teachers have to check out thier life pattern & the relation with thier parents. when the teachers recognize the bullies inforamtion in daily. they have to make recovery plan for the bullies to go back to their normal life. Finally, The goverment shold gather all of information from the schools and save them into database in server. it shoul be used for making the better policies for the bullies. In the coversation, i meant to you such as "prison", which was meant as "managing the bullis" in the goverment side.
