I think English Fluency is very important. Because words can be confused.
For example, river means flowed water hometown or contryside.
But liver means it\'s one of the organs in mankind.
these words just different \'r\', \'l\'. however, these means have big different.
So, if i am not good at pronunciation, foreign people misunderstand my opinion.
