9. rejuvenate (I'm not sure of this...between rejuvenating and rejuvenate...both of them can be ajdjective...i think) Ok...today i'm really so tired that's because a woman ( maybe I guess she's from india) Anyhow, the problem was that the india woman came to our ski resort with her daughter and went go to the slop that was one of the beginner courses. However, the slope is too stiff for them to run down with sik-equipment. So, they called the patrol team and they could go down the resort. Then, she requested us to refund their charges. But we could not do that since her situation linked to refund-request did not match our company regulation. But what's worse, i made an error that i said to her "who take you to the slope?"...actually, i have tried to express my sympathy to her, but you know... i should have told her "who and why.." As soon as i told her, i apolized her. but her didn' hear me and wrote my name her paper to report to foregin-related facilities. I admit this was my fault.
