I'm working at pharmaceutical company.
In the morning, some woman called me for our product.
It's a ointment. It's name is Bactroban ointment.
It is for bacterial infection ointment.
She said "I can read the inser paper. because it is written by Korean"
So I said "you can use it three times a day. whener you want"
She said "bla bla ~~ recomend ~~ blabla ~~~~"
So I said "you can use another ointment, fucidin or madecasol oint ment for infection"
She said to another sentense but i can't understand.
Finally, I ask her to ask a question by e-mail.
I am being nervous now. T.T
