Thesedays, school violence is one of the hottest topics in Korean society. This is becauses, last year, lots of students committed suicide due to bullying. Teachers need to know how to handle school violence it they face it. Fistly, as for the victim, teachers should check the state of the victim's health and mental condition. If they are severely damaged mentally and physically, they need councelling or medical treatment. Secondly, teachers should teach the bullies and prevent the recurrence of bullying. For the one method, teacher can have an informal conference with them and let them know the seriousness of their behavior. Despite this effort, if disobedient and rude behavior continues, teacher should talk with their parents. Parents will participate in guiding them and their behavior will be improved.
