tough and tough

I am studying english now a days but It's getting more and more difficult to have tine to study. I tranfered company from IBM to HP both companies have the same culture and give employee have same kind of stress but Iam not familier with the company's culture with HP and it takes for me to get use to do life in HP. These all situation makes me busy and keep me in the trouble to have tome to study. I have to study english cause I wanna be a ceo of the foriegn company in kprea. If I wanna have that kind of job role then I have to speak english fluently. I am very sorry for the time that I waste but I keep thinking I will catch up on my english skill. but as time goes by I feel that I won't be able to speak english very well in 6 months. I am very disappointed but I still study englksh. I hope I will have my confidence again.
