We have a lot of traditional remedies. Some are help but some don\'t work. Among them many people have practiced some remedies until now. Especially the remedies for cold are popular. For example, when we feel cold slightly, we have hot ginger tea or green onion tea with honey. It does help to prevent severe cold. Some people sweats in sauna or in bed with covered by blanket. But I have heard it is risky treatment. As for me, when I have a cold, I mouthwash with salt water. It works to relieve sore throat.
