Traveling to the past.

There are three historic moments that I am willing to have a look at if possible: the French revolution, the World War 2, and the year 1987 in South Korea. These are well-known events that have a fundamental impact on the history of the world, except for the last one which holds relatively a local scale of significance. What I want to explore through them is that why and how people back in the days took part in such events without necessarily noticing their huge, long-lasting repercussions. Moreover, I really want to see the process in which people\'s small actions create a big social movement that is going to alter the contemporary world completely in various aspects. Specifically, though there were many people forced to support the Nazis, it is undeniable that there were individuals who fought against the notorious German party. Also, Korea couldn\'t have thrived this much unless there were a number of people who had lost their lives during the series of protests for democracy in 1987.
