I have never done exercise more than 3 months. I thought that it was because it was hard for me to go out for exercise. So I bought an indoor bicycle. But I realized that it was still hard for me to do exercise everyday. Doing exercise was so hard for me. Today I rode an indoor bicycle after lunch. I thought that it was the best to do it after dinner so I did it at night. But after dinner, I became lazy so I didn't want to do exercise. So, I decided to change the time to do exercise. I hope that I will keep doing exercise more than 3 months this time.
