Well, I think it\'s difficult to define what is illegal. In the light of dependency to drugs, it seems that there\'s no difference between them. Alcohol and tobacco is commonly considered as items of personal preference but it is clear that the more people like them, the more people get addicted to them. But, I think people can more control themselves about alcohol and tobacco than other drugs like heroin, weed, so it\'s ok alcohol and tobacco are considered to be vices whereas other drugs are illegal.
