If I am able to learn 2 languages other than English, my choice would be Chinese and Spanish based on the number of people who speak them. On the one hand, China has the largest population in the world, which means that once you speak Chinese, there are a number of individuals whom you can communicate with. Not to mention that it will increase job opportunities that one could be offered, considering China is becoming the biggest not only market but also maufacturer that attract lots of businesses across the world. When it comes to learning Spanish, which is the language widely used in South American countries as well, I have wanted to pick up it ever since I visited Spain several years ago. I was fascinated by its richness in terms of history and culture, which leads me to have interest in its language naturally. Besides, it will open up another continent for me to travel, the places that have been highlighted by a number of TV programs in Korea recently.

I would probably have the same choices as yours! ^ ^ For Chinese though? I don\'t think I would have the knack for it! Spanish will be easy for me since my grandparents somehow spoke the language and I was quite exposed to it at a certain point in my life. ^ ^
