Typhoon I've experenced on Thursday

I have a hard time falling asleep for over a month. On Thursday, it was not an exception so that I was up until 5am. Then, finally, I was about to go to bed but very stong wind brew and it wake me up. I'd never heard the sound window was being broken by winds. My mother said that I shouldn't go to school since it was so dangerous if I was hit by something such as signs attached on the wall. However, I had to go to school since if I had missed the classes, I wouldn't have made up for them. The influence of the typhoon was very strong. When the professor was checking attendance, there was a student who coudln't go to school because the ground section of the Seoul metro was out of service.
