I hate extreme sports, but if I have to, I think I\'ll choose rafting. The history of rafting is back to 1811 and was first documented in Wyoming\'s attempt to plan an expedition to the Snake River. Rafting is sport which you ride on a boat made of rubber to continue or ride the rapids of a river. I found on the Internet that rafting was transformed and developed into an exploratory leisure sport from crossing a river on a log raft in primitive times. Rafting is never done alone with more than two people in a boat. They wear life jackets, of course, and because the string connects the two of them, even if they fall into the river, they don\'t fall apart. In addition, safety is guaranteed because a rescue team goes around. I chose this one because it seemed the safest.
