The rate of suiciede is very high in military place, which makes me feel sorry.
To prevent to this, military dispatched a special consultant who can give thier hand to people who want to end their lives. But the number of them is lack becuase of pesonnel, financial problem.
I think the main reason to suicide is related to isolation.
Not only they feel isolation from society, but they also feel that from their coworker. So that make them feel more depressed, finally they suicide.
I don't want to let them end their lives, so I try to do my best to make them feel more comfortable.
Whenever I talk to my subordinates, I treat them as friend, older brother.
