unbalanced diet

I am a man who eats only what I like. When I was young, my parents worried about my bad habit about habits. Because I didn't eat vegetables. I'm getting older, I'm better.so I don't worry about that.people who know me worry about me. I think I'm getting better. At first, I didn't eat all kind of vegetables except kim-chi. I watched people's actions,I found out that most of people have habits that they don't like.I tried to think about bad habits. what is bad habits? what standard do they divie? I realized that everybody admited that action is good like early wake up and so on. There are lots of books. It make people encourged and changed. But it sometimes make us stressful and give all things up. Because It looks easy but follows them is really difficult.
