Under the stress

Sometimes, I am under lots of stress. Especially when I am busy in a workplace, I feel lots of stress. At that time, I take a deep breath and try to think positively and do not rush. Just do my work one by one in order of priority. After work , I go for a drink or do some exercise to reduce stress. Marriage is stressful? it's case by case. If they can handle the problem , they won't be under lots of stress. If they not, it will be very stressful for both of them. Yesterday, I watched a TV program about happy marriage and unhappy marriage. It said that how to talk is important for happy marriage life. When couple fights, they tend to ignore or be easily upset. It won't help.
