I agree here. I always stand in this saying, \"Even if you can, don\'t do it.\".. One of your current issues is the low birth rate. If your country pursues this \"idealistic plan,\" I am sorry, but I would say that it would be like a waste of time and money, because who will go to those universities if there is not enough student population? Well, it is just my two cents.
