The chances  which  use English  aren\'t  that much  these days.
 We can use  lots of English  under circumstances  which we meet  foreigners.
However we rarely  have chances to meet foreigners  since  COVID19. 
By the way If the foreigner  approach me and talk  to me, surely  I  must  speak to him in English.
In addition, When I am going to the Philippines  after  COVID19  is over, I will  be under circumstances  which I should use  English  in real situation .
